Printing from PlayStation 3
Did you know that it is possible to setup your home printer to your PlayStation 3? For instructions, check out HP PS3 printing. You probably had no idea this was even an option, but thing of how handy this could come in—you’re having the game of your life, and you know your friends aren’t going to believe you. Maybe you beat the class bully, and you want proof that you won. Or maybe you just want to decorate your room with real scenes from your favorite video games. No matter what the reason, PS3s have the ability to print with your HP printer.
To print images from your PS3 follow these instructions.
First things first, make sure that your PS3 is updated with all of the software. If it isn’t, make sure you go to the PlayStation update site.
Next you will need to configure your PS3 by going to “Settings”, then “Printer Selection, followed by “Printer Settings”. When you get to this point, make sure you check the printer you are trying to print from.
Now you need to connect your PlayStation and computer together.
Go to the “Photo” option on your PS3 and press the “X” button. Now select “Print”. You will need to check all the printing settings here and press the “X” button again to display the menu. Change the print settings and update the number of prints you’d like. There could be other options here, but that generally depends on what printer you are using.
